Overall Features
The LB4000 asphalt mixing plant features a compact overall layout, innovative structure, small footprint, and convenient installation and relocation.
The cold aggregate feeders, mixing tower, finished material silo, dust collector, and asphalt tanks are all modularized for easy transportation and installation.
The drying drum adopts a special lifting blade design, forming an ideal material curtain that maximizes heat exchange efficiency, reduces fuel consumption, and works with an imported burner featuring high thermal efficiency.
The entire plant uses electronic weighing with high measurement accuracy.
The electrical control system uses imported electrical components, supports program control and individual control, and can be operated via computer control.
Key components such as reducers, bearings, burners, pneumatic components, and dust filter bags are imported to ensure high reliability of the entire plant.
